Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.Overview

CatShotAI ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates a subscription-based AI-powered virtual fashion

try-on platform. All payments made on the Platform, whether for subscription plans, add-on generation

credits, or any other feature, are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all users of the Platform

globally, including but not limited to purchases made through our website at www.catshotai.com.

We strongly encourage all prospective users to carefully review the features and limitations of each plan

before making a purchase. Our Free Plan is available to allow users to evaluate the Platform before

committing to a paid subscription.

2. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CatShotAI does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not

limited to the following:

• You change your mind after completing a purchase.

• You did not use the credits or features included in your subscription plan.

• You were dissatisfied with the quality of AI-generated images.

• You experienced technical difficulties or temporary service interruptions.

• You purchased the wrong plan or add-on credits by mistake.

• You forgot to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

• Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.

• The Platform did not meet your expectations or business requirements.

• Any third-party payment processing fees or currency conversion charges.

• Circumstances beyond CatShotAI's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

This no-refund policy applies to all subscription tiers: Free, Trial, Basic, Pro, and Ultimate, as well as all add-on credit purchases.

3. No Cancellation Policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS CANNOT BE CANCELLED MID-CYCLE. Once a subscription payment has been

processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Specifically:

• You cannot cancel a subscription and receive a prorated refund for unused days in the current billing period.

• Downgrading to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle does not entitle you to any credit or refund for the difference in price.

• Upgrading to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle will be charged at the full price of the new plan with no credit for the remaining period of the previous plan.

• Unused generation credits at the end of a billing cycle are forfeited and will not be carried over or refunded.

You may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of a billing cycle by contacting our support team

before the renewal date. However, no refund will be issued for the current or any past billing period.

4. Add-On Credits

Add-on generation credits purchased separately from a subscription plan are strictly non-refundable and

non-transferable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or

applied as a credit against future subscription payments.

Add-on credits will expire as specified at the time of purchase. Expired credits cannot be reinstated or

refunded under any circumstances.

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By using the Platform and accepting this policy, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment

dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor for purchases made on CatShotAI. If

you believe an unauthorised or fraudulent transaction has occurred on your account, you must

immediately notify us at billing@catshotai.com.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in: (a) immediate suspension or permanent termination of

your account; (b) forfeiture of all remaining credits and subscription benefits; (c) legal action to recover the

disputed amount and associated costs; and (d) reporting to relevant credit and fraud monitoring agencies.

6. Service Interruptions

CatShotAI strives to maintain high platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted

access to the Platform and are not obligated to provide refunds or credits for service interruptions,

downtime, or temporary unavailability of features.

In exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion — such as extended planned maintenance affecting a

significant portion of your subscription period — we may, but are not obligated to, offer compensatory

credits. Such compensation does not constitute a precedent or waiver of this no-refund policy.

7. Free Trial

Our Free Plan and Trial Plan are provided to allow users to evaluate the Platform at no cost or at a

reduced cost. Use of these plans indicates your acceptance of all terms, including this no-refund policy,

prior to any paid subscription commitment.

Any promotional or discounted offers are subject to the same no-refund policy. Discounted prices do not

create an entitlement to a refund simply because a different pricing structure applies to other users.

8. Indian Consumer Protection Laws

CatShotAI acknowledges applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and the

Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. To the

extent that mandatory statutory rights under Indian law cannot be excluded by contract, such rights are

preserved. However, beyond those mandatory rights, this no-refund and no-cancellation policy applies in

full.

9. Amendments to This Policy

CatShotAI reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be

posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the

posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review this

policy periodically.
