1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CatShotAI ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). CatShotAI is an AI-powered virtual fashion try-on

platform that enables users to generate photorealistic images of AI models wearing uploaded garments.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CatShotAI website, mobile

application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be

bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these

Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and CatShotAI.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of

the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your

jurisdiction; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (c) not be barred from receiving

services under applicable law; and (d) provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful, accurate,

and complete, and that you will maintain and promptly update such information.3. Use of the Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. It is prohibited to use the site to upload, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, or potentially offensive content.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate

and complete information during registration; (b) maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; (c)

promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account; and (d) be solely responsible for all activities

that occur under your account.

CatShotAI uses JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for authentication with a 7-day expiry period. Your credentials

are stored securely. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these

You may not share your account credentials with any third party. Each registration is for a single user only.

Corporate or team accounts are governed by separate enterprise agreements.5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You are prohibited from using our content without written permission from us.

4. Platform Services and Features

CatShotAI provides an AI-powered virtual fashion try-on service. The Platform allows you to: upload

product images (garments, jewellery, and accessories); configure AI model parameters including pose,

expression, and background; generate photorealistic images using our proprietary AI engine powered by

Google Gemini; and store and manage your generated image library.

All generated images are processed through our backend infrastructure and stored in Cloudflare R2 cloud

storage. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not always be perfect and are subject to the

limitations of current AI technology.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without

notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation

of the Platform.

5. Subscription Plans and Credits

CatShotAI offers the following subscription tiers: Free Plan, Trial Plan, Basic Plan, Pro Plan, and Ultimate

Plan. Each plan provides a defined number of generation credits per billing cycle. Additional credits may

be purchased as add-ons through the Platform.

Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. Unused credits do not carry

over between billing periods unless expressly stated in your plan description. Credits expire at the end of

each billing cycle.

Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through Razorpay, our authorised

payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorise CatShotAI to charge the applicable fees to your

designated payment method.

We reserve the right to change our pricing and plan features at any time. You will be notified of any price

changes prior to your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the price

change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.8. Contact Us

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You

expressly agree NOT to:

• Upload images that are defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

• Upload images that infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.

• Use the Platform to generate deepfake content, misleading imagery, or content intended to deceive others.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Platform or its underlying AI models.

• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform without prior written consent.

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Platform.

• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm or impair the Platform.

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account

without refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including all software, algorithms, AI models, user interface elements, graphics, logos, and

content created by CatShotAI, is the exclusive property of CatShotAI and is protected by applicable

intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any original images you upload to the Platform. By uploading images, you grant

CatShotAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, process, store, and

display those images solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

Regarding AI-generated outputs: subject to full payment of applicable fees, CatShotAI grants you a limited,

non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use generated images for personal or commercial purposes as

permitted by your subscription plan. CatShotAI does not guarantee exclusive ownership of AI-generated

outputs, as similar outputs may be generated for other users.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit

any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by

reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as

described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256-GCM encryption for all API data

transmissions and secure cloud storage for your uploaded and generated images.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Gemini (AI generation), Cloudflare R2

(image storage), Razorpay (payment processing), and Baserow (database services). Your use of these

integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

CatShotAI is not responsible for the practices, content, or reliability of any third-party services. Any issues

with third-party integrations should be addressed directly with the respective service providers.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES

OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND

NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CATSHOTAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED,

ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; (B) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE

PLATFORM OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR

(D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CATSHOTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE

FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,

INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING

FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CATSHOTAI'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE

AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO CATSHOTAI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY

PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CatShotAI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees,

agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments,

awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

(a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your uploaded content; (d) your violation

of any third party's rights; or (e) your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

CatShotAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time,

with or without cause and with or without notice, including if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms;

(b) your conduct may harm CatShotAI, other users, or third parties; (c) required by law or regulatory

authority; or (d) your account has been inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that

by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers,

and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to

conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be

subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by

contacting us at legal@catshotai.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving

written notice.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire

agreement between you and CatShotAI regarding the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to

be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it

enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those

rights. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
